Omaha deals four 'down' cards to each player. The player can use his best 2. There is an added wrinkle when at least 3 of the 'up' cards are an 8 or lower. In that case there is a potential 'low' hand that splits the pot with the high hand.
Is the betting generally no-limit until there's one winner (like Texas No Limit)? I imagine not if there's a low hand, you must play each round as a separate betting instance?
Not sure about 'generally', but we have some custom rules to make sure it stays friendly. The first hour has a 2 dollar max raise, second hour has a 4 dollar max raise. The third and final hour is no-limit with standard "all-in" rules.
